The author writes well and has a unique writing style. I thought the book was pretty funny because it is such an over-the-top sales pitch. I felt I was with a pushy used car salesmen from whom I wanted to run away. Funny yes, but it is not a practical book. He oversells the idea that anyone can have a million dollar blog. He says all you have to do is select a niche, set up Wordpress blog, find affiliate marketing programs and join them, then grow subscriber list on your blog, when you have a huge number of subscribers you will have a million dollar blog. Keeping people interested and having something interesting to say is the secret that you will need to figure out on your own. This is not a how-to book. This is not a book you can learn from to learn how to grow your subscriber list and that is the secret sauce to a million dollar blog.Ali Julia review

I wouldn't recommend this book. It's a lot of waffle and little else; so disappointing after his first book, which was full of useful information.
This book outlines the basics on how to start a blog. Good info to get started. Just keep blogging! As with any endeavor the more you put into it the more you get out of it!
I am in the process of creating a blog of my own to elevate my business and I must say that this book clearly gives the step by step process of how to effectively create a blog that sells and also creates traffic to sell your affiliate products. I am very thankful that I came across this book while it was only a dollar because this book provides hundreds of dollars worth of value and information. I now have a blog set up and I am starting to use the techniques an strategies outlined in this book. Trust me, it is not easy but it is a lot easier than many other techniques that I have come across. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to take their business to the next level.
I have started a blog and in one month the site is #1 or #2 on a bunch of search engines.
I am new to blogging and this helped me. Good information. Can't wait to put his suggestions into effect. Give it a try.
If you want to start a blog and were attracted by the intriguing title, you are in the right place. This book provides awesome strategies that are easy to follow and make tasks done easily. The author has such a great sense of humor that makes it fun to read. If you want to write a blog but don’t think you can write or type, read the book. If you are afraid to “sell you soul for million-dollar blog” as the title stated, you certainly need to read the book! Great to have this book in hand as a guidebook or future reference. It will get you start quickly.
I’ve always thought about starting a blog, and I heard you can make money from it, but I was never sure how to go about doing it. Efron Hirsch’s writing is motivational and fun to read as well as being informative for those starting from scratch.
The segment on affiliate marketing was the biggest eye-opener for me. That alone was worth the price of the book.
The only part I didn’t like was the whole selling your soul and devil parts. I didn’t really see why he would spend so much time riffing on this at the beginning and end when a simple “be consistent with your blogging” would suffice. I also think the beginning and ending would arbitrarily limit the audience, especially any religious people who are interested in blogging.
Apart from that, anyone who has never had the guidance or know-how to write your own blog that makes money, you have no excuse not to begin immediately after reading this book. It’s a real kick in the pants!
